There is a way to build your own pool solar heaters and they are actually very inexpensive and easy to put together. Here is a plan to put together your solar heater.

First, you are going to need about 150 feet of long black tubing that is about a half inch around to three fourths of an inch around. You will also need about 10 feet of PVC pipe that will fit snugly into the ends of the black tubing. you will need a shut off valve that will be attached to one end of the PVC piping. You will also need a pump that will be strong enough to move water through the tubing at a slow speed.

Second, you are going to need some 2 by 4 pieces of lumber and some metal brackets. You will want to attach the black tubing to the 2 by 4s going back and forth making a coiling pattern. This is the basic part of your heater that is going to get the water hot. The combination of cold, snowy weather, which may make it very difficult to see the area ahead of you, and the altitude, which makes it more difficult to breathe, make climbing to the summit of a tall mountain an extreme challenge. Climbers must be sure to bring proper support, and to gauge the level of oxygen that they bring with them to remain safe.

This is the case because of the lack of regulation in the cosmetic and personal care product industry. But armed with a little knowledge and some helpful tools, there is much you can do to protect yourself.

Here are ten things you can do to make safer and healthier choices when selecting your toiletries:

Read the ingredients on the label.

The packaging may say such things as natural, herbal or hypoallergenic. This has nothing to do with what's really in the product or how safe it is. Manufacturers make a lot of claims on the package to "sell" the product. They can do this because some of the terms don't have official definitions and they can use them however they want. To really find out what's in a product, you must read the ingredients in the small print, you know, the ones that you sometimes need a magnifying glass to be able to see.

Interpret and understand the ingredients.

Once you find the ingredients, you have to be able to know what they are and if they are safe, harmful, questionable or untested. A great many ingredients have chemical names that only a cosmetic chemist would understand. However, you don't have to be a cosmetic chemist. Choose products without parabens.

Be cautious about products that contain fragrance.

Manufacturers are not required to disclose the ingredients used in frgrances. A single fragrance may contain hundreds of different chemicals. Some of the chemicals used in fragrances are hazardous, such as benzyl chloride, methyl ethyl ketone, methylene chloride, toluene and phthalates. Fragrances may also contain chemicals that cause cancer. Even products listed as fragrance free may have fragrance added to mask offensive odors.

Avoid D&C and FD&C Colors.

Most D&C and FD&C colors are derived from coal tar which is a carcinogen. Most coal tar colors are potential carcinogens, may contain carcinogenic contaminants and cause allergic reactions. These colors must be certified by the FDA to contain not more than 20 ppm of lead and arsenic, but the certification does not address any other harmful effects these colors may have on the body.

Beware of products containing chemical preservatives.

Chemical preservatives can be irritating and are the number one cause of contact dermatitis. Some preservatives you should watch out for are benzethonium chloride, BHA, BHT, diazolidinyl urea, imidazolidinyl urea, phenoxyethanol and methylisothiazolinone.

Watch out for "and other ingredients."

This means there are one or more ingredients that the manufacturer considers a trade secret and does not want to list on the label. There is no way of knowing if these ingredients are safe or not.

The Sentry Safe company has been around since the 1930's, and today, though they are now a global presence, they still strive to always abide by their founders ideals of quality, affordability and innovation. These three qualities were upheld this year with the introduction of two new product lines: a fire safe vault door and five depository security safes.

The vault door was released in January at the 2009 SHOT Show in Orlando, Florida. A vault door is a fairly specialized product, not something designed for the everyday person. The Sentry Safe vault door is for the serious gun enthusiast or dealer or anyone with a large collection of valuables. It is designed to be installed on a fire safe room. The vault is composed of multiple insulated panels and frame to withstand either 2,4 or 6 hours of fire exposure. The internal temperature will not exceed 350Ës.

Besides a high fire rating, the door also comes with a Class B Mercantile Burglary rating. Enough to deter your average thief! When attacked, a relocking mechanism automatically resets the lock bolt.

Perhaps you are concerned with getting locked into your vaulted room? No worries here, either. There is an escape mechanism that can easily be triggered from the inside. It is designed to be easily located, even in the dark, and triggered. The door can easily be installed, is available in a variety of sizes and colors, and the bottom of the vault frame is beveled so that you can easily push a wheeled cart through the opening.

The Sentry Safe new depository safes are great for small businesses, such as convenience stores, restaurants and bars, retail stores and nonprofit organizations. These protect both from outside robbery and internal theft. They are perfect for businesses that need to make regular deposits, receive excess cash or large bills that they do not want in the till, or have employees who need to deposit cash regularly, all without opening the safe.

The safes are either front loading or under the counter safes, and have either a front slot or hopper, both designed so that you can deposit only, and protected so that you can't try to fish anything out.

There are three Sentry Safe Front Loading Depository Safe models that come in a variety of sizes, they all have a programmable electronic lock with a time delay, and an anti-fish hopper. The door is an anti-pry door with a relocking device and the locks come with either three or five live-locking bolts. All three have pre-drilled anchor holes and a bolt down kit so that the safe can be bolted to the floor.

The remaining two are the Sentry Safe Under Counter Drop Slot Safe models made from solid steel with a bottom piano hinge. They come with a duel key lock and relocking device. For quick deposits they have a front, anti-fishing slot. These are also pre-drilled and come with a bolt-down kit.

Along with Sentry Safe's excellent line of home and business safes, security chests, data and document security devices and gun safes, the vault door and depository safes are an excellent addition to their product line.
